Collection of general information

Every time this offer is accessed, information will be automatically collected by us or the web space provider. This information, also referred to as server log files, is of a general nature and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Among other things, the following information will be collected: name of the website, file, date, amount of data, web browser and web browser version, operating system, the domain name of your internet provider, the so-called referrer URL (the page from which you accessed our offer) and the IP address.

Without this data it would, from the technical point of view, be partially not possible to deliver and display the contents of the website. In this respect, the collection of this data is absolutely necessary. In addition, we use the anonymous information for statistical purposes. They help us to optimise our website and the technology. We also reserve the right subsequently to check the log files if illegal use of our offer is suspected.

Dealing with personal data

Definition: Personal data is any information that unambiguously identifies a person. It is therefore data that can be traced back to a person.

This personal data includes the first name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address. Information on hobbies, memberships and preferences as well as Internet pages that have been accessed are also considered to be personal data.

This data will be collected, used and, if necessary, passed on by the provider only if this is expressly permitted by law or if the user consents to the data collected, processed, used and passed on.
